I purchased a main attraction toy. This is the second one I have had. Oct last year my first main attraction toy stopped working it would light up but not do anything else. Yesterday my replacement toy has done the same thing it lights up but doesn’t vibrate at all. I have spoke to my consultant and there’s nothing I can do as it’s out of warranty. I don’t blame the consultant as there’s nothing she could do. I won’t though but from pure Romance again. Very disappointed considering I’ve spent over 250 dollars on the main attraction just to have it stop working in less then a year. Don’t waste your time buying you will just be disappointed in the end. Wish I could get my money back but I know that will never happen.

I bought a Pure Romance Opening Act toy twice in last two years. The first one wouldn’t charge after 6 months. The second one quit working. Very disappointed in product that fails so soon.

I bought the vibrator called Opening Act about 9 months ago and today I went to charge it and it lights up and starts blinking like it’s charging but then when I go to turn it on it won’t light up or vibrate!

I’ve never been so disappointed in a product! First dildo I ever bought and worked for just about 1 year after spending like $150 and only used it like half dozen times. Consultant can’t do anything for me so guess this will be my last our romance party!

I would like to know what training is made available as my daughter joined up as a consultant & is quite distressed over receiving no training to get started.
When she goes to the site for the videos she can only open up 1 video & that’s it.
Should there be training from the consultant who takes you on?

As a whole I believe the pure romance business is great and the parties are fun. However, when you have a consultant that feels intitled to state whatever is on her mind then "accidently" sends you the message it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I would recommend not working with Cheryl Diamond as a consultant if you do have one of these parties she is both rude and disrespectful and highly unprofessional. Request a consultant that actually is great at her job and does not think she can judge others over money.

I would give it zero stars but that is not an option! Went to my first party. My friend threw it for a consultant and sold gift bags for her. The party was suppose to have games and the selling but when we got there it turned into just selling. I bought a bag for $45 and it was advertised as containing $45-$150 worth of stuff but instead it contained a $29 bottle of shaving cream, a sample pack of shaving cream, a sample pack of lube, candy, a pen and a magnet. This company definitely is a rip off. I paid $45 for shaving cream I will never use and I am positive the contents don’t even equal up to the $45. She completely made my friend look bad. I can’t even give this product away. Would not recommend. No guarantee you will get what you pay for and they falsely advertise.

I have been for the most part completely pleased with the company and products for several years now, however I have two recent complaints. First of all a few weeks ago my consultant convinced me to come on board with the company myself however when I went to purchase the online starter kit for the deal price before it expired at noon (11:59) it did not load or go through and then magically at 12:00 it was working on the site again at full price...marketing tactic??? Hmmm! Second I was gifted a toy from my sister that she won but would not use seeing she already had that specific one, it was obviously still brand new and in the packaging but once I put batteries in it and used it maybe 3 times it randomly started to shut off and not function properly and no it's not the batteries they were brand new out of the packaging too. Can I get a replacement like other companies offer or should I continue to take out monthly orders to another company. ????‍♀️

I gave you a 1* because I was happy with O, Whipped, & great head products...HOWEVER The Amp product made burn gave me a sort of rash & it hurt me! I'd think it wouldn't be much different then O product? Though O is a sort of cream, & Amp is a gel.
Really wish you had a $ back guarantee or could just send me O to replace the Amp.

Save your money and go to a store instead. All the consultants want you for us to join and money. Pure romance only cares about you moving up in the company by getting others to join. The same products are sold on other websites!!! And I found bigger bottles of coochy for the same price in store! Very overpriced and shipping took forever! But they hounded my friend when she had problems with shipping? Lol

I purchased the hot and bothered vibrator, the first time it was used it worked great, after that it has not worked properly.
I put in new batteries, it died it’s thing for maybe 10 minutes then turns off
Put new batteries in again and again it shuts off.
I contacted the consultant who said it was past the warranty, (purchased as a gift three months before the anniversary)nothing she could do. I contacted Pure Romance and was told that since it was purchased through a consultant I had to go through her, but since past warranty nothing she could do. Let me also say that I purchased numerous brands of batteries at numerous prices, right now I have invested more in the cost of batteries than the cost of the hot and bothered.

I bought the Get a Grip or Hand Jive, I wanted to surprise my fiance. It's a good product, but the smell of it just didn't allowed us to have a great experience. I bought the cleaning spray, and I have washed it before and after to try and take that smell off. I don't know what to do. I won't be able to use it again unless the smell is gone. It's a bit disappointing because I spent a lot on the products. Is there any way you can think off to clean it and take the smell away?
